The nation was constituted by the general Chiang Kai-shek that in 1949 remedied on the island (then Formosa) after the proclamation of the Chinese Popular Republic. The democracy is arrived at Taiwan only in 1987 and only in 1991 the state of mobilization toward the Chinese Popular Republic ceased.
