Wonderful islands of the Indian Ocean to North East of Madagascar. The state is constituted from an archipelago of 88 islands and islets, of which 36 are of inhabited, for a total surface of 455 Kmq (the double of Elba Island). The greatest islands are Mahe (it occupies a third of the whole national surface), where the capital Victoria is placed, Praslin, maybe the most beautiful; Silhouette; the Digue and Aldabra. The waters of the sea represent a terrestrial rare heaven everywhere, taken by a very beautiful tropical vegetation, preserved, as all the natural environment, from the geographic location far from Africa, from Asia and the beaten routes. In Aldabra atoll every year hundreds of giant rare turtles spawn.
